What GrowthInk Studio provides

GrowthInk Studio is an AI-powered content career system that helps domain experts create platform-native content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. We provide content generation, strategy recommendations, and a personalised weekly content brief.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others
• You must be at least 18 years old to use GrowthInk Studio

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GrowthInk Studio to create content that is defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content you publish using outputs from our platform.

Intellectual property

Content you generate using GrowthInk Studio belongs to you. The ASCEND Framework, our AI models, platform design, and proprietary systems are owned by GrowthInk Studio and may not be reproduced or reverse-engineered.

Billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Payments are processed by Razorpay

Limitation of liability

GrowthInk Studio provides AI-generated content suggestions. We are not responsible for the performance, engagement, or business outcomes of content you publish. Use your judgement before publishing any AI-generated content.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you via email before significant changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
